| Author Institution: U.S. Army Ballistic Research Laboratory; Department of Chemistry, University of Southern California. We have recorded high-resolution rovibrational spectra of the $N_{2}$O-$O_{2}$ van der Waals complex by exciting the $N_{2}O\nu_{3}$ asymmetric stretch using a tunable infrared diode laser. This has been made possible by the construction of an apparatus with high pumping speed and a 5 pulsed slit nozzle. Preliminary data indicates that the complex has a T-shaped geometry. Numerous progressions have been fit. The latest results on this open shell cluster will be discussed. | |||||||||
