| エンドウ暗発芽苗からIAA-oxidaseを抽出してその活性を調べた.IAA-oxidaseの作用力の測定には, GORDENWEBER法により比色定量した.その結果は次の如くである.(1)IAA-oxidaseは植物全体に含まれ, 根の組織に活性が大であり, 子葉には透析しうる阻害成分が含まれているようである.(2)至適pHは6.0附近である.(3)IAA-oxidaseは硫安塩析で0.5-1.0飽和で沈澱するものに活性が大であつた.(4)2, 4-Dichlorphenolは活性化力が強く, これにMn^, Mg^, 或はCa^を加えると更に活性化が促進される.終りに臨み実験に協力された小倉孝義, 鈴木治雄の両君に謝意を表します.. Researches were made on the properties of IAA-oxidase extracted from etiolated pea seedlings, color-imetrically by Gorden-Weber method. The results obtained are as follows: (1) IAA-oxidase was found in all plant tissues investigated, and especially in roots high activity of the enzyme was recognized. The authors suggested the presence of dialysable inhibitor in cotyledons. (2) The pH optimum of the enzyme was about 6.0. (3) The activity of the enzyme was high in the precipitates obtained by 0.5-1.0 saturation of the enzyme solution with ammonium sulfate. (4) The enzyme was activated in the presence of 2, 4-dichlorphenol, more remarkably 2, 4-dichlorphenol plus Mn^, Mg^, or Ca^. | |||||||||||
