キャベツ葉のホスフォリパーゼCに関する研究. Studies on the Phospholipase C from Cabbage Leaves

Abstract
キャベツ葉をホモジナイズし, その上澄液からホスフォリパーゼCを硫安塩析により分離した.さらにセファデックスG-25およびG-200ゲル濾過により脱塩精製を試みた.この方法で原キャベツ液に対して約17〜24倍の比活性を有する酵素液が得られた.酵素作用力測定の際, 有機溶媒としてエーテルの代りにメタノールを用いた場合には活性が強く, また賦活剤として, Ca^の代りにBa^を用いても可成りの効果が見られた.. (2) Phospholipase C has been precipitated by ammoniumsulfate saturation from the supernatant solution of homogenized cabbage leaves, and then partially purified by Sephadex Gel G-25 and G-200 filtration. The enzyme solution, obtained by this method, has 17〜24 fold specific activity comparing with that of the original cabbage juice. (2) The enzme is activated by Ba^ as well as Ca^, and methanol is useful insted of ethyl ether, as solvent of the substrate of the enzy me.
