ニホンナシ"幸水", "新水"の新梢伸長並びに花芽形成に及ぼすPaclobutrazol処理の影響. The Influence of Paclobutrazol on Shoot Growth and Flower Bud Formation of Two Japanese Pear Cultivars, "Kousui" and "Shinsui" (Pyrus serotina REHDER var. culta REHDER)

Abstract
植物生長調整物質であるPaclobutrazol(pp333)[(2RS, 3RS)-1-(4-chlorophenyl)-4, 4-dimetyl-2(1H-1, 2, 4-triazol-1-yl)pentan-3-01]を用いてニホンナシ"幸水", "新水"の新梢伸長, 花芽形成に及ぼす影響について調査した.満開2週間後から1-2週間間隔でのPaclobutrazol250ppm5回茎葉処理で新梢伸長を抑制し, 翌年の花芽着生数を増加させた.この処理時期, 濃度, 薬量では翌年の新梢発生数, 新梢伸長量には影響を及ぼさなかった.果実に対する影響は認められなかった.以上の結果, Paclobutrazolの低濃度反復処理は, ニホンナシ樹勢を制御する上で処理当年の樹勢を抑制し, 処理翌年の花芽着生数を増加させ, 樹勢を落ちつかせ, 安定した生産が期待できるものと考えられる.. The influence of Paclobutrazol (PP333) [(2RS, 3RS)-1-(4-chlorophenyl)-4, 4-dimethyl-2(1H-1, 2, 4-triazol-1-yl) pentan-3-ol], a plant growth regulator, on shoot growth and flower bud formation of two Japanese pear cultivars, "Kousui" and "Shinsui" (Pyrus serotina REHDER var. culta REHDER) was investigated. Growth of shoot was reduced in the year of application and more flower buds were produced in the next year by five-foliar sprays of 125ppm or 250ppm solutions at 2, 4, 5, 6 and 10 weeks after full bloom. By the foliar treatments, however, the number of shoots and their growth were not influenced in the next year. Fruit size and quality were not also affected by these treatments. From these results, it was suggested htat sequential foliar sprays of a low-concentration aqueous solution restricted tree growth in the year of application and produced more flower buds in the next year and that, therefore, stable yields might be expected by using Paclobutrazol.
