| 築山庭造伝前編と後編に於ける役木を対象として, 役木の配植位置と注視部位, 庭園構成の格(真・行・草)に於ける役木の取扱いについて検討した.同一の配植位置にあっても, 役木に対する注視部位が細部, 局部, 全形と役木によって異っている.真・行・草の庭園構成に於ける役木の取扱いは, 庭園構成の格に関らず取扱われるものと, 格によって取扱いが省略される役木がある.配植位置や庭園構成の格によって異なった傾向が見られるのは, とくに近景と中景の役木である.これは庭園構成の主景的な立場としての役木であるか, 装景的な立場としての役木であるかによるものと考えられる.. We analyzed the arrangement of yakugis (trees having special roles in a garden) in the Japanese traditional gardens of formal, informal, and intermediate styles, and the relationships between the location of yakugi in a garden and the requirements for its tree form and branching. The number of yakugis and their arrangement change with the garden style, and the yakugis constituting a distant view are usually neglected in an informal garden. The yakugis constituting main sceneries of a garden (in local and general views) exist in any style. | |||||||||||||
