光の強さと窒素形態がNFTトマトの生育, 収量, 光合成産物の分配に及ぼす影響. Effect of Light Intensity and Nitrogen-form on the Growth, Yield and Translocation of Assimilates in NFT-tomato Plants

Abstract
1)トマト「桃太郎」を光の強さについて2水準(無遮光および25%遮光)とNH_4-N濃度について3水準で, 養液栽培NFTにより栽培した.2)生育は, 光標準, 遮光とも, NO_3-N濃度が最も高い区で, 最も悪かった.3)光標準, 遮光とも, NH_4-N濃度が高い区では, トマト果実の尻腐果が激発し, その結果収量は最低となった.しかし, NH_4-N濃度が高くなと果実の糖度は高くなった.4)培養液中にNH_4-Nが添加されると, CaとMgの吸収阻害がおきた.5)植物体中のN含有率は, NH_4-N濃度が高い区ほど高くなる傾向があった.一方, Ca, Mg含有率は, NH_4-N濃度が高い区ほど低くなる傾向があった.6)遮光条件下では, 果実肥大期間中, 上位茎葉と第1花房の間で光合成産物の競合がおきた.7)NH_4-N添加は生育を促進させ, 果実糖度を上昇させた.しかし, 添加する濃度が高くなると, 収量を著しく低下させた.. 1. Tomato plants, cultivar 'Momotaro', were grown in Nutrient Film Technique with three levels of NH_4-N concentrations, in connection with two light intensities (0(null)hading and 25hading). 2. The worst plant growth was obtained at the highest NH_4-N concentration under two light conditions. 3. The highest NH_4-N concentration caused blossom end rot of tomato fruit, consequently resulted in the lowest yield unde the 2 light conditions. Fruits from plants grown in the higher NH_4-N concentration had higher sugar content. 4. The absorptions of calucium and magnesium by tomato plant were considerably restricted by the addition of NH_4-N in the nutrient solution. 5. Nitrogen content in plant tissue increased with increasing NH_4-N concentration in the nutrient solution. Whereas, Ca and Mg contents in the plant decreased with increasing NH_4-N concentration. 6. Under the shade condition, keen competition for assimilates was observed between upper shoots and fruits in the lst cluster during fruit development. 7. The addition of NH_4-N to nutrient solution resulted in increasing plant growth and fruit quality. Further additional NH_4-N, however, caused marked decreases in fruit yield.
