| 携帯用反射式光度計RQフレックスシステムを用いた水耕培養液中の無機イオン濃度の測定法について検討した.NO_3, PO_4の両イオンともRQフレックスシステムを用いた方法で, 高い測定精度が得られた.本システムを用いることで, 簡易で迅速な測定を高精度で行うことが可能であることが判明した.測定に際して, 測定サンプルの液温が低い場合には, サンプル液温を20〜25℃に調整した後に測定するか, 反応時間を長くすることが必要である.また, サンプルの濃度については, 水耕培養液の場合, 実際の希釈サンプルが好適範囲に入るよう注意して希釈して測定する必要がある.. The method of determination of inorganic ions in nutrient solutions for hydroponics using a simple reflection photometer system (RQflex Analysis System) was investigated. In the analysis for NO_3 and PO_4 ions in nutrient solutions, very accurate measurement data was obtained. With this analysis system, simple, quick and accurate measurement came into practical use for the growers. When sample temperature is low, the measurement have to be conducted after the sample was warming up to 20 to 25℃ or after the longer reaction time. The great care should be taken to dilute samples as the concentration of the diluted sample was in the normal range. | |||||||||||||
