| イチゴ, 夏ミカン, モモ, スモモ, ナシ, リンゴ, カキ, バナナに含まれる糖を, ガスクロマトグラフィーを用いて同定し, 構成糖比を求めた.ブドウ糖, 果糖はすべての果実に多量に存在していたが, ショ糖, ペントース, ガラクトースは種類により検出された.. Studies on the sugars in Fruits. T. HIROYASU, C. SHIBANUMA, H. Sugars in fruits of strawberries, sweet summer oranges, peaches, plums, Japanese pears, grape berries, apples, persimmons and bananas were identified on the basis of their retention data by gas liquid chromatography with 5% reoplex-400 chromosorb w columm and the ratio of sugar composition of each fruit was caluculated. In all fruits estimated glucose and fructose were found to occur predominantly and the sucrose, pentose and galactose were detected in some fruits. | |||||||||||
