培養液のリン濃度がハーブ類の生育に及ぼす影響. Effect of Phosuphorus Concentration in Nutrient Solution on the Growth of Some Herbs.

Abstract
ディル, スイートバジル, チャイブス, ペパーミントを礫耕栽培し, 培養液中のリン濃度処理(0, 2, 4, 8me/l)が, 生育, 収量, 無機成分含有率, 揮発成分含量などに及ぼす影響を調べた.処理濃度が高くなるにつれて生育が促進されたものが多かった.P-0では生育が著しく抑えられたが, 明らかにリン欠乏症が現れていたのはペパーミントのみであった.P-4, P-8では, P-8のほうがやや生育がよいという傾向がみられたが, P-4でほぼ頭打ちとなった作物が多かった.以上から生育・収量に適する培養液のリン濃度は4〜8me/lであると考えられた.また, 処理と植物体の無機成分含有量, 揮発成分含量の関係については, 若干の考察を加えた.. Four kinds of herbous plants (Dill, Sweet vasil, Chives and Peppermint) were grown by gravel hydroponic culture using four levels of phosphorus concentration (0, 2, 4, 8 me/l) in standard nutrient solution. Effects of the treatments on the growth, yield, mineral constituents and volatile compounds contents were investigated. The growth of these herbs was promoted with increasing the concentratin of nutrient solution and was greatly inhibited by no phosuphorus supply(P-O). Only the peppermint showed phosphorus deficient symptom in P-O regime. The optimum phosphorus concentration to those herbuos plants thought to be 4 to 8 me/l. The relationship among inorganic constituents, volatile compound contents and phosphorus concentration in nutrient solution was discussed.
