| We construct static and spherically symmetric particle-like and black hole solutions with magnetic or electric charge in the Einstein-Born-Infeld-dilaton system, which is a generalization of the Einstein-Maxwell-dilaton (EMD) system and of the Einstein-Born-Infeld (EBI) system.
