| 千葉大学の外科の再編を前にして, 第2外科の今までの外科治療を総括する作業の一つとして関連病院における胃癌の外科治療成績に関してアンケート調査を行った。その結果(1)手術の安全性を示す直接死亡率はほぼ満足の得られる成績で, 第2外科の胃癌の外科治療についてのコンセプトが関連病院に十分に浸透していた。(2)胃癌の再発が含まれる在院死亡率では病院の地域による格差が見られた。(3)進行程度別に見た予後は良好であった。今後, 外科の手術をevidence basedで行うために, 術式を評価する共同研究を積極的に進めることが望まれた。. The questionnairing conducted on the treatment results of the gastric cancer at the Department of Surgery II, Chiba University School of Medicine and the affiliated hospitals revealed that (1) direct operative death rates of the affiliated hospitals were satisfying results, (2) there was a difference on the hospital death rates between the hospitals, (3) the prognosis of the patients according to the final staging was satisfactory. Therefore, we want to advance the cooperative research on the operative methods for establishing evidence based medicine. | |||||||||||||||
