| Generated Uninorms as a Multi-Criteria Comparative Evaluation Model (2008) | |||||||||||
Abstract | |||||||||||
| In this article, the authors illustrate how generated uninorms can be interpreted as a multi-criteria comparative evaluation model. This model comprises three steps, which are discussed in a generic way to make the applications to different domains as readily as possible. In the second part of the article, this approach is applied to model customer satisfaction. One uninorm and two uninorm-based aggregation functions are fitted to customer satisfaction data and the three models are compared. | |||||||||||
