Isoliertes naturidentisches Kollagen (2006)

Abstract
DE 102006026591 A1 UPAB: 20080102 NOVELTY - Isolating collagen from tissue comprises isolating collagen-containing fibers from the tissue, extracting collagen from the fibers by incubation with a 5-15 M aqueous urea solution, and separating the extract from fiber and tissue residues. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) isolated collagen produced as above; (2) producing a biomatrix by isolating collagen as above, separating urea by gradient dialysis, renaturing the collagen, mixing the resulting collagen solution with a cell culture medium in 2:1 to 1:2 ratio, and gelling the mixture at elevated temperature; (3) biomatrix produced as above; (4) tissue or organ replacement comprising vital tissue cells cultured in or on a biomatrix as above; (5) in-vitro test system comprising vital cells cultured in or on a biomatrix as above. USE - The collagen is useful in biomatrices for producing tissue or organ replacements or in-vitro test systems (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The collagen is largely nature-identical.
