| Development of oFSH as a vaccine for the male-A status report on the recent researches carried out using the bonnet monkey (M.radiata) (1985) | |||||||||
Abstract | |||||||||
| Long-term active immunization of nonhuman primates (bonnet monkey) with ovine FSH [9002-68-0] resulted in continued testicular dysfunction leading to acute oligospermia or azoospermia. Since immunization with oFSH seemed to effect only spermatogenesis and not testosterone [58-22-0] levels and libido, the importance of using this protein as a vaccine is discussed | |||||||||
