| Generally, small companies regard management concepts very critically. Changes have to promise tangible profit and must be easily integrable into everyday business. Fraunhofer IPK is meeting these challenges in the project "IKOPA - Innovative Corporate Culture through Cooperation and Participation". Here, Fraunhofer experts develop and apply methods and tools to support the complex process of changing corporate culture in five case studies with small and medium-sized companies from mechanical and plant engineering, precision engineering as well as the electronic and software industry in Berlin-Brandenburg and Saxony. | |||||||||
