| Abstract: DNA microarray analysis provides a powerful tool for determining changes in gene expression on a genome wide scale. The chromatin modifying agents 5-Aza-2’-deoxycytidine (AzaC) and Trichostatin A (TSA) alter the developmental potential of neurosphere cells and make them acquire hematopoietic activity[1]. TSA and AzaC alter chromatin status and thus alter gene expression. Here we analyzed the changes in gene expression induced in neurosphere cells by AzaC and TSA by Affymetrix GeneChip arrays and provide a thorough analysis of the data sets obtained by employing principal component analysis (PCA) and MACAT R package[2]. | |||||||||||||||
