| A parameter-robust observer as an application of iss techniques (2002) | |||||||||||||||
Abstract | |||||||||||||||
| Systems that model chemical networks are often defined through a set of parameters (the reaction rate constants) whose values may be determined with a small margin of error. These parameters will typically also appear in the construction of observers. The idea of robustness of observers with respect to the parameters is discussed. A definition of parameter-robustness is proposed and an explicit observer for zero-deficiency chemical networks is presented, which is robust in this sense. 1 | |||||||||||||||
