| Abstract- Application area of SoC has been spread to various social infrastructures handling "Trust " and "Value " as systems for e-commerce and e-government. New technologies on security are required in design of SoC, for examples, implementations of security cores for cryptography and hash functions, protection of programs and data on SoC from attacking, and secure design/fabrication/test flow for SoC.
