| Multiple 3d orbitals contribute to the low energy electronic structure in the newly discovered iron-based superconductors. The specific orbital characters of the multi-bands are crucial in constructing microscopic models to understand the fundamental physics. We here report strong polarization dependence of the angle-resolved photoemission spectra of BaFe1.85Co0.15As2. Our analysis identifies the orbital characters of the low lying electronic structure in this iron-based superconductor.. Comment: 4 pages, 5 figures | |||||||||
