Electrical resistivity of RMn6Ge6 (R=rare earth) compounds (1999)

Abstract
Spin-reorientation transitions in the compounds RMn6Ge6 (R = Sc, Y, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tin, Lu) have been studied by means of electrical-resistivity measurements. The high-resistance state of ErMn6Ge6 is interpreted as the formation of superzone boundaries at the Fermi energy due to an additional (magnetic) periodicity. The observed anomaly in the resistivity of TbMn6Ge6 appears to be connected to a sudden change in wave vector at the spin-reorientation temperature.
